Summer is here - kids are out of school and schedules are a little crazy trying to get used to a new routine. DON'T forget yourself in all of this summer newness! Just remember that a 30 minute circuit workout - done correctly - burns up to 600 calories. This doesn't mean you leave here and eat, eat, eat.....it just means that if you commit to 30 minutes (for yourself) daily - think about the difference that commitment can make to your physical and emotional self!
