Hi Ladies,
I hope the last day of April finds us all happy and well within the goals we set for ourselves this year!
It is a new month and some, if not all, of you are contemplating shorts and swimsuits and tanned skin! In the past month I have seen most of you work out at least 4-6 times per week. As we know, the workout at Studio 7 Women's Fitness is not 'fluff' - it is the real deal. You learn quickly that even when you think you will not put your full effort into the workout (that's right - you know, kind of take it easy!)....well, there is no easy.....it is an excellent workout even on a low energy day!
As the weekend approaches and we make plans with family and friends for dining out or having a 'sip' by the pool ....Stay accountable to yourself! Watch your calorie intake and remember....that glass of wine or beer is loaded with calories and carbs! Ditto that cake or cookie or specialty drink at Starbuck's! If you indulge or over indulge - remember to move on and don't let it overwhelm you and make you feel defeated! If you can, do some stretches or go for a walk - add a little extra movement into your routine to make up for the 'indulgence'.
Most importantly, stay focused, recommit and move forward - don't look back!
